What is The B-boy Hurricane?

The idea of the B-boy Hurricane is to combine breaking with strength training.

– Push your self to the limits, go hard and attack every movement.
– Do all movements with good form and technique.
– Do B-boy Hurricane once a week scheduled in the middle of your training week.
